ntp server 的问题

#netstat -an 可以看到已经开放了UDP 123端口

但用XP的client进行时间同步更新的时候，总是提示：

“时间例子被拒绝，对等机器的层次比主机少”

只有一次同步成功，后来就一直这样，到底哪出问题了呢
