急!!!! 请教NBU 磁带恢复问题!!!!!!!!

把磁带放入带库中,在NBU CONSOLE的\"image on media\"已经可以看到磁带的内容,通过以下两种方法恢复都报错\r\n\r\n1.先按照把NBU的官方手册IMPORT操作,IMPORT其中一磁带,LOG 提示\r\n  \"21:01:00 INF - Found existing image information for client host1, policy host1, and schedule Default-Application-Backup, done on 07/22/2007 03:28:26.\r\n   21:01:00 WRN - Cannot import client host1, policy host1, and schedule Default-Application-Backup, copy 2 fragment 1 already exists. Skipping this image.\"   一直都报这个错,只是CLIENT 不一样\r\n\r\n2.不IMPORT,直接恢复,但一直都是提示\"mounting b849l2\",大概二十分钟后失败.但b849l2 可以通过CONSOLE的\"image on media\"已经可以看到磁带的内容\r\n\r\n请教大师,是什么问题,是否一定要先IMPORT进来?? 为什么一直都提示mounting b849l2,但可以看到磁带里面内容

1.看看磁带库有什么问题，是不是有卡带等状态。\r\n2.看看NBU进程是不是有挂住的，然后重新启动NBU的所有服务，再试。\r\n3.import另外一盘磁带，看是否正常。\r\n\r\n如果以上方法都没问题，基本上可以确定你的那盘磁带有问题。
