P650 AIX 5 网卡配置出问题

刚接手一台P650, 带有三块网卡，
en0 为集成的电口百兆网卡，en1和en2 都是千兆光纤卡。

ent0 Available 1c-08 10/100 Mbps Ethernet PCI Adapter II (1410ff01)
ent1 Available 1n-08 Gigabit Ethernet-SX PCI-X Adapter (14106802)
ent2 Available 14-08 Gigabit Ethernet-SX PCI-X Adapter (14106802)

原来机器只使用了en0 这个百兆卡， 现在我们需要激活en1 。
通过smit->;Communications Applications and Services->;TCP/IP->;Minimum Configuration & Startup->; 选择 en1   1n-08   Standard Ethernet Network Interface，然后添好配置，按enter，出现以下报错：

删除网卡再cfgmgr，然后再试试看。

你cfgmgr的时候有没有报缺少驱动呢。。。到IBM网站看有没有新的驱动安装一下
