博科3900交换机的问题

我们这有一台博科3900的交换机，用root用户进入到系统中有以下报错：\r\nsw_x2:root> firmwareDownloadStatus\r\n[0]: Fri Jun 27 02:20:33 2008\r\nFirmwaredownload has started.\r\n\r\n[1]: Fri Jun 27 02:20:37 2008\r\nFirmwaredownload failed. 你是在升级微码吗？我看给的报错都是：Firmwaredownload command failed (status=0x4423).\r\n而不是你说的firmwaredownloadstatus报错啊？如果是升级微码，需要开给ftp，另外注意的地方是，在要求输入微码文件名时要注意格式，比如文件名是release.plist，则输入时要输入“/release.plist”，一定要有个“/”，否则可能提示找不到文件。\n\n[ 本帖最后由 oo00 于 2008-7-3 09:46 编辑 ]

我没有做任何升级的工作，这个是二手的交换机，到我们这状态就是这样的。

问题解决了，首先把交换机的firmware版本升级到5.1.0a。所有的错误都不会产生了，可能是由于操作系统的版本太低造成的报错。另外，关于那个web界面认证的问题。是由于我机器上的java版本的问题，用别人的电脑就没有问题。到此全部问题解决完毕。
