急，网络问题，迷茫中！！

DS10，TRU64 UNIX4.0F。除主板集成的两块网卡外，在PCI的Slot17还有一块网卡（单口，１０／１００）。tu0和tu1组成nr0,另一网卡ee0使用与nr0不同的ip地址，ee0和nr0连到不同的交换机上，以此来区分进出口通路通过哪个network interface。系统启动以后网络不通，ping的数据包丢失率为100%，telnet、ftp等也不通。/var/adm/messages如下：

从message里面我无法看出端倪。

启动以后网卡灯闪烁正常，ifconfig -a的输出也正常。开始怀疑网络服务没有启动（顺便问一下怎样查看网络服务是否启动，或启动那些网络服务），于是执行rcinet，执行结果如下：

根据输出来看，是不正常的，而且在ping的时候根本连数据包都发不出去了（刚启动操作系统的时候ping其它节点是数据包能发出去而没有返回，当然已经排除了除本节点外其它设备的错误可能）。
此时ifconfig -a的输出是各个network interface都没有up。于是执行：
ifconfig nr0 up；
ifconfig ee0 up；
此时，ifconfig -a输出表明各个interface都up了，但仍然ping的时候能发出，不能返回，此时nr0主用的是tu0，于是执行：
ifconfig tu0 down；
ifconfig tu1 down；
ifconfig nr0 down；
ifconfig nr0 up；
（以上指令有时顺序不一，且相同顺序产生结果也不尽相同）
此时，奇迹发生了，ping　nr0所在网络通了，各种网络程序均执行正常，而无论怎么ee0所在网络都不通（已执行ifconfig ee0 down和ifconfig ee0 up）。
我迷茫了！！！

/sbin/rc3.d/S00inet文件修改过吗？
ee0是后配置的吗？是通过sysman配置的吗？
把ee0的网线拔掉，重启机器，情况怎样？
把tu0、tu1的网线拔掉，ee0的插上，重启机器又怎样？

我很想明白/sbin/rc3.d/S00inet: ifconfig failed - ifconfig: ioctl (SIOCIFADD):Function not implemented的意思。
另外顺便问一下，执行ifconfig命令的出错信息来自那里？

交换机配置：与nr0的tu0和tu1连接的交换机ip分别为：222.13.10.241和222.13.10.242，

交换机为Cisco Catalyst 3550，其中与tu0和tu1连接的两台交换机之间还通过光纤直连。
