关于拨号服务器配置的疑问，请大家指教

我看了一个拨号服务器的配置：\r\nRouter: \r\nhostname Router \r\nenable secret 5 $1$EFqU$tYLJLrynNUKzE4bx6fmH// \r\n! \r\ninterface Ethernet0 \r\nip address 10.111.4.20 255.255.255.0 \r\n! \r\ninterface Async1 \r\nip unnumbered Ethernet0 \r\nencapsulation ppp \r\nkeepalive 10 \r\nasync mode interactive \r\npeer default ip address pool Cisco2511-Group-142 \r\n! \r\nip local pool Cisco2511-Group-142 10.111.4.21 10.111.4.36 \r\n! \r\nline con 0 \r\nexec-timeout 0 0 \r\npassword cisco \r\n! \r\nline 1 16 \r\nmodem InOut \r\nmodem autoconfigure discovery \r\nflowcontrol hardware \r\n! \r\nline aux 0 \r\ntransport input all \r\nline vty 0 4 \r\npassword cisco \r\n! \r\nend \r\n\r\n而我的拨号服务器照着他的配（当然地址不一样）\r\n由于我的2500的ios比较老\r\n没有modem autoconfigure discovery 命令\r\n所以我在配line时是这样配的\r\n\r\nline X\r\nmodem InOut \r\ntransport input all\r\nstopbits 1\r\nrxspeed 38400\r\ntxspeed 38400\r\nflowcontrol hardware \r\n\r\n这样配了以后\r\n客户端始终无法拨上，报远程主机无响应，折腾很长时间后\r\n我在将黑体的地方改成async mode dedicated后拨号就好了\r\n我觉得可能是因为原例中的line处配成modem autoconfigure discovery 后\r\n必须配async mode interactive\r\n而把line配成\r\nline X\r\nmodem InOut \r\ntransport input all\r\nstopbits 1\r\nrxspeed 38400\r\ntxspeed 38400\r\nflowcontrol hardware \r\n 后必须async mode dedicated\r\n不知我这样理解对不对
