CISCO7507路由器问题咨询，急啊！！！

我有一台CISCO7507路由器，二代引擎，16M+8M的插拔flash卡，主板卡8M的FLASH闪存，内存128M，IOS版本为12.1（为新升级的），开机后均正常，可是广域串口卡速率只能跑64K，换2M线路端口UP，协议是DOWN，不知为什么？\r\n\r\n  能不能是2M线路需要的硬件内存不足吗，请大家帮我分析一下。\r\n\r\n辽宁盘锦网友  QQ： 251300439

串口为标准的CISCO的DB60针式接口,通过V35转E1接到网络运营商的传输设备上,端口协议用HDLC和PPP都不行,两端协议一致.换26和36的路由设备都能连通,75上协议就是不能UP.

在协议转换器上打一个环，路由器上运行debug serial interface看看。
