在hmc中不能打开小机终端

7310－C05 hmc的微码是5.2.1；小机55A的微码是fs240_219；小机55A在hmc可以关机、开机、重启等都没有问题，就是终端打不开。\r\n \r\n打开终端会出现两种情况：\r\n1.在aix登陆界面时终端死机，键盘不能输入；\r\n2.等一段时间后，会出现一下报错：\r\n \r\nopen in progress\r\n \r\nthe open failed\r\n-the session may already be open on another management console.\r\n-the server may nor be ready to accept connection.\r\n \r\nattempt to open the session failed.please close the terminal and retry the open at a later time.\r\nif the problem persists.please contnct IBM support.\r\n \r\n \r\nerror in communication path the pration.\r\n \r\n有遇到过这样的问题吗？\r\n找ibm保修他们也不知道为什么……

、利用网络登录到出现问题的逻辑分区，用root账户登录。\r\n\r\n2、找出虚拟终端所对应的“串口卡”设备：\r\n＃　ｌｓｄｅｖ　－Ｃ｜ｇｒｅｐ　Ｖｉｒｔｕａｌ\r\nｓａ３　　　　　　　　Ａｖａｉｌａｂｌｅ　　　　　　ＬＰＡＲ　Ｖｉｒｔｕａｌ　Ｓｅｒｉａｌ　Ａｄａｐｔｅｒ\r\n\r\n3、找出虚拟终端所对应的tty设备：\r\n＃　ｌｓｄｅｖ　－ｐ　ｓａ３\r\nｔｔｙ０　Ａｖａｉｌａｂｌｅ　　Ａｓｙｎｃｈｒｏｎｏｕｓ　Ｔｅｒｍｉｎａｌ\r\n\r\n4、启用此tty设备上的登录界面：\r\nｐｅｎａｂｌｅ　ｔｔｙ０\r\n\r\n登录提示将出现在HMC上的虚拟终端窗口中。
