Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious individual that sees this as an opportunity to be part of something huge. Senior Programmer (team lead)
Responsibilities:
-Lead a small team of programmers to build a social networking system capable of supporting millions of users
-Work closely with designer and programmer to coordinate the implementation of desired features
-Share vision and advise on technical related topics such as expandability, scalability and direction
Requirements and Qualifications:
-BS in Computer Science or demonstrated ability of equivalent
-Experience with large-scale, distributed, and highly scalable systems
-At least 3 years experience developing web applications in PHP
-Solid understanding of SQL, expert with at least one of MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Oracle
-Familiar with the configuration of services on Linux such as Apache, sendmail, Qmail, DNS, LVS
-Familiar in algorithm design
-Desire to work in a fast-paced, creative and growing environment
-English written and oral proficiency is a plus, with minimum CET-6
-Must possess a “DO” attitude, taking necessary actions to solve problems with little or no supervision
-Must possess an infinite interest to work in a team environment (enjoy helping colleagues and doing collaborative work/activities)
-Very hard working and determined attitude: able to handle stressful work loads and complete tasks even if it means working until 4 am or during weekends

- 有构建大型分布式系统的经验
- 至少3年的PHP开发经验
- 非常熟悉SQL。至少精通MySQL,PostgreSQL,MSSQL,Oracle中的一种

- 擅长算法设计

- 需要有非常强烈的团队意识，乐于帮助同事，与同事协同工作
- 工作需要非常努力，有能力承担工作压力，对于未完成的工作继续需要工作到凌晨4点或者周末也需要负责的完成
This job position might require the employee to live and work with the team, and is not a typical 9am to 6pm job. If you are looking for a 9am to 6p job at a big company, this isn’t the job for you. We want someone that wants to be part of something growing.
