p650升级问题仍未解决

p650, 1*2way 1.2G cpu 升到2*2way 1.2G cpu。\r\n\r\n加了一个5120 backplane，一个2way 1.2g cpu。\r\n二个cpu processer card 内存都是4096M。\r\n加了backplane后，在1号cpu 槽插二个cpu中的任何一个都可正常启动，同时插二个cpu led报错：\r\n\r\n9400\r\n94b2          （9400与94b2循环几次，手册说重启SP，升microcode可解决，但照做了没解决）\r\nB00E\r\n4b2e25df\r\nU0.1-p1-c1\r\n\r\n换了一个backplane还是同样问题。\r\n\r\n机器firmware刷到最新。\r\n\r\n1. If the hang repeats, check with service support to see if there is a firmware update that fixes the problem.\r\nc. If not, or the update does not fix the problem, replace the service processor/PCI backplane, location: U0.1-P2.\r\n\r\n以上是手册建议解决这个问题的方法，但我找不到service processor/PCI backplane, location: U0.1-P2.所对应的物理部件

主板电池放电，通过sp串口连接登陆超级终端，清一下里面的error log试试，不知道你的两个报错的cpu是否影响应用，lsattr -El prox看一下cpu的状态，建议cpu P/N 号相同（其实就是出场日期而已）。
