求教：P630更换内置磁盘

各位AIX前辈，我刚接触AIX系统。现在客户那边P630(2*36G HDD 2*72 HDD，系统为AIX5.1) 损坏一内置硬盘，我需要更换一块硬盘。由于此项目我刚接手没有任何的文档能够让我了解到用户raid和mirror的设置（唯一可确认的是没有HA环境），由于客户对UNIX一无所知；因此我需要提前做好完全的准备。所以以下我准备了我所能想到的几种情况，请各位前辈指教。\r\n1.损坏的磁盘为rootvg磁盘\r\n  1.1 没有做raid和mirror\r\n        如发生上述情况，唯一的办法就是磁带恢复\r\n  1.2 有做mirror（假设hdisk0和hdisk1做了mirror，现在要更换hdisk0），以下是我所写的更换步骤：\r\n         unmirrorvg rootvg hdisk0；\r\n         reducevg rootvg hdisk0；\r\n         bosboot –ad hdisk1；\r\n         bootlist –m normal hdisk1 cd0；\r\n         rmdev –l disk0 –d；\r\n         cfgmgr；\r\n         更换新的磁盘；\r\n         cfgmgr；\r\n         extendvg rootvg hdisk0；\r\n         mirrorvg –c 2 rootvg ；\r\n         bosboot –ad hdisk0；\r\n         bosboot –ad hdisk1；\r\n         bootlist –m normal hdisk0,hdisk1 cd0\r\n  1.3 有做raid的情况（假设hdisk0和hdisk1做了raid1，现在要更换hdisk0）\r\n         假如根盘做了raid1，那么是不是只要拔下损坏的hdisk0，然后更换新的磁盘就可以？还是需要删除原来的raid信息，然后删除原有的hdisk0的信息再更换新的磁盘，重新做RAID？请前辈们指教。\r\n\r\n2.损坏的磁盘为非rootvg磁盘\r\n  2.1 没有做raid和mirror\r\n         若发生上除情况，是否只能更换磁盘后，重建卷组信息或从磁带恢复？\r\n  2.2 有做mirror（假设hdisk2和hdisk3做了mirror属于backvg，现在要更换hdisk2）,一下是我所写的步骤，请前辈指教：\r\n         unmirrorvg backvg hdisk2；\r\n         reducevg backvg hdisk2；\r\n         rmdev –l disk2 –d；\r\n         cfgmgr；\r\n         更换新的磁盘；\r\n         cfgmgr；\r\n         extendvg backvg hdisk2；\r\n         mirrorvg –c 2 backtvg ；\r\n  2.3 有做raid（假设hdisk2和hdisk3做了raid1，现在要更换hdisk2）\r\n         若遇到此情况是不是也和上述1.3所述的情况一样？\r\n\r\n请各位AIX前辈指教。

你的raid1也就是1.2中的mirror，操作一样

先通过：lspv、lsvg -o、lsvg rootvg、lsvg -l rootvg、lsvg -l XXXvg来确定是哪块盘，另外，系统现在能正常运行？看下errpt和mail，如果是硬盘坏了，都会有信息的。

另外要特别注意下面的问题：\r\n主要针对sysdumpdev\r\n1. remove any unmirrored LV before unmirror the failed disk but boot disk.\r\n2. if the LV is mirred, you need not do this.\r\n\r\n我的意思是如果sysdump 没有mirroe，先mirror了，这样省事。如果不需要可以换完盘之后再unmirror。\n\n[ 本帖最后由 allanwang77 于 2008-12-23 23:46 编辑 ]
