如何查看AIX系统的缓存？？？？？？？？？

我想查看AIX系统的一级、二级、三级（一般高端机应该有吧）缓存，\r\n现在只有二级缓存在 lsdev -Cc memory 中列出来了，其它的要怎么查看呢？

L3倒是可以查\r\nL1的不知道

1级的在物理CPU上，看CPU型号查查就只\r\nL3的用lscfg能看到
