Position1：PM
Main Responsibilities:

1. Work as pre-sales consultant to work with cross function to dig out the business opportunity, support engagement.

2. Use experience and industrial knowledge, geographic and technology trends to assess and shape business solution.

3. Follow standard project management policy and procedure to manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects.

4. Monitor status of projects including cost, timing, staffing and reporting on the overall P/L of the project.

5. Take account project manager role to grow long-term relationships with clients and generate business opportunities.

Related Experience / Competencies Required


1. Min 5 yrs project management experience in retail industry, especially related to the area of apparel or chain store.

2. Experienced in running moderate projects successfully.


Education / Special Knowledge & Skills

1.Bachelor degree and above.

2.Be able to write credible documents and proposal in native language and English.

3.With PMP or ITIL certification is preferable.

4.Good presentation and interpersonal skill.


Position 2：PM
Main responsibility & key tasks

1. Provide the project management support to PS & Solution project.

2. Build-up the project team, organize the project team member training.

3. Create and own project plan (schedule, resource) to meet project expectations, ensure quality on time delivery.

4. Report status of project activity to all stakeholders (e.g., management, support functions, customer)

5. Interface with Cross-functional teams and Corporate to ensure project quality on time delivery

6. Communicate change in project to customer and project team member.

7. Responsible for performance reviews in project team member.

8. Responsible for complete project review presentation, which including statistic report review, lesson and learn, suggestion and findings.

Qualifications required

Professional experience

1. 5yrs+ of relevant working experience in IT project management area.

2. Has good project management skills.

3. Has the ability to interface with clients and gather requirements and facilitate meeting.

4. Has the ability to produce appropriate project documentation covering business requirements and solution design.

5. Experience with the J2EE project delivery.

6. Has working knowledge of technologies including: Java, c#, Database

7. Action follow up and regular report/dashboard, Risk/Requirement management.

8. Certified IT project management from recognized organization should be advantage.

Education

Bachelor degree or above in computer science or information technology.

Specific expertise

At least 5yrs of experience in IT project delivery.

At least 2yrs of experience in IT project management.
