Cause . . . . . :   The acquire operation was for program device FSERVER to file FSERVER in library V623FO.  The acquire operation of the *REQUESTER  device was specified, but the *REQUESTER device was not available for one of the following reasons:
     -- The job does not have a *REQUESTER device.  The job is not an interactive job or a batch job started with a program start request.        
     -- The job was started by a program start request with the *REQUESTER  device detached.
     -- The *REQUESTER device was released because an end-of-session was  requested.                                                                  
     -- A CPI-Communications requesting conversation is already allocated.
     -- A permanent error occurred on the session.
                           
Recovery  . . . :   Correct the application program, and then try the request again.

机器从170升到810
系统从V4R2升到V5R2
BPCS保持V6R2

BPCS Session Manager之SCM之Execution登陆时出现，其余正常。CEF全部正常，绿屏全部正常

如果Session Manager先连170，再连810，似乎也能用

建议你问问BPCS公司，他们的应用是否有版本问题。
我以前也碰到过，老版本的应用升级到5。2版本，不能运行

紧接下来的这条Message连续出现5次，直接导致Time Out：

Message . . . . :   Operation not completed because program device FSERVER released from file FSERVER in library V623FO.

Cause . . . . . :   An I/O operation was requested to program device FSERVER but the program device has been released or was never acquired. If this message is received during end of job or abnormal end of an activation group and there are protected conversations, it will be preceded by a CPI8352 or CPI8369. See the recovery for either of these messages for further explanation.

Recovery  . . . :   Acquire the program device before requesting the I/O operation. If CPI8352 or CPI8369 precedes this message in the job log, commitment control has terminated the conversations and will complete processing. No recovery of the conversations is required.

从9月2日810开始运行到现在，IBC、中联、SSA三方都还没有找到办法
