Demonstrated ability to manage efforts from initiation to completion is required (activity & time management).\r\n· Provides and solicits feedback to build more effective team and individual effectiveness.\r\n· Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, work independently, take initiative/ownership, and achieve stated goals and objectives is required.
