aix 5.3.11 安装oracle 11 invalid entry size

aix 5.3.11 安装oracle11 gR2是复制文件时报错。附件图片是网上找到提示图片类型差不多还有日志文件。大家帮帮忙看是什么问题，有什么好的解决方法。

Once the Oracle Database file is downloaded from OTN ,Please check the following


1. filesize

2. md5sum or cksum value

These two values need to be same as specified in the download page of the particular patch

It is suggested to transfer the source file to any other server using ftp/scp or other in binary and check the above values before starting the Installation
