Responsibilities:
1. Lead team to define software specification for server HW Diagnostic tool which is customer oriented tool.
2. Lead team including third party team to implement.
3. Solving issues.
4. Coordination with Project Manager to deliver the tool.
5. Coordination with HW engineer

Required Skills:
1. Minimum of three years experience in HW Diagnostic field. Server HW diagnostic is better.
2. A background in BIOS is advantage.
3. Minimum of five years experience in Java or C++ programming.
4. Ability to work with third parties.
5. Experience in working with scrum or other agile methodologies
6. Proven ability to drive team to achieve success.
7. Troubleshooting capability.
8. Pro-active, quality-minded with a positive attitude.
9. Good English in spoken and written.
