redhat5.4 32位xen启动报错

xm create -c redhat5 报错
报错的内容:

版本:redhat5.4 kernel : 2.6.18-164.el5xen    Xen version 3.1.2-164.el5
cpu : 支持半虚拟化:pae
cat /proc/cpuinfo |grep pae
flags           : fpu tsc msr pae mce cx8 apic mtrr mca cmov pat pse36 clflush dts acpi mmx fxsr sse sse2 ss nx lm constant_tsc up nonstop_tsc pni cx16 popcnt lahf_lm [8]

生成的img命令：可以正常生成
mkinitrd  -v -f --fstab /mnt/xen/etc/fstab --with xenblk --with xennet --preload xenblk --preload xennet initrd-2.6.18-164.el5xen.vbird.img `uname -r`

虚拟资料配置
