IBM GPFS System Test Engineer
  
GPFS System Test Engineer is to perform large-scale testing of critical HPC and NAS/SoNAS customer environments and applications on development systems.  

GPFS is one of IBM STG's strategic initiatives for Storage Systems solutions, including SoNAS and other NAS solutions, as well as HPC customers.  As a high-performance scalable file management solution that provides fast, reliable access to a common set of file data from a single node to thousands of nodes, GPFS provides online storage management, scalable access and integrated information lifecycle tools capable of managing petabytes of data and billions of files. Job Responsibilities:
- Design of test cases
- Setup test environment including operating system installation, storage devices configuration
- Design and implement test tools
- Running testcases, problem debugging, reporting results in timely manner

Job Requirements (skills/experiences):
- Willingness to embrace challenge
- Linux or AIX system admin skills
- Strong scripting skills in shell, PERL or PYTHON
- Good programming skills in C/C++
- Good self-starter and quick learner
- Strong communication skills, fluent in written and oral English

Qualifications (Education/Major/Certificates):
- MS degree candidate in Computer Science or equivalent
