Job requirements for solution developer:
  - GPFS, Storage, NFS, pNFS familiarity
  - Knowledge of emerging data centric workloads and technologies;  
  - Analytics (broad term that covers a myriad workloads), Map Reduce, HDFS, Hbase, NoSQL, etc.
  - Familiar with main HPC application or ISV's products
  - Performance debugging and tuning
  - Networking (Sockets, Ethernet, new RDMA protocols, etc.)
  
  - Willingness to do quick prototype and discard efforts that don't pan out
  - Be able to work with other teams in join prototype, development, test and deployment tasks
  - Ability to engage with customers for requirement definition, solution validation and PoC engagements
  - Be able to generate solution artifacts: contribute towards solution architecture definition, write how-to manuals, generate procedure and process guides, help develop marketing and sales collateral  
  
  
Job requirements for software developer(desired skills/experiences):  
     - Hands-on experience in C/C++, Fortran and multi-threads programming      
     - Deep debugging and problem solving skills, result analysis  
     - Solid experience in multiple operating systems, such as AIX, and Linux   
     - Experience in HPC or computational mathematics area is a plus  
  
  
Common Qualifications(Education/Major/Certificates):
     - Master or bachelor degree, major in CS or equivalent.      
     - Fluent oral and written English   
     - Excellent communication skill & Strong team player   
     - Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple outstanding tasks      
     - Self-motivated & Quick learner
