Job Responsibilities
•Review and validate project scope, deliverables and release requirements

•Act as liaison with groups outside of International Product Ops and Accessibility to confirm their acceptance of the program scope and to facilitate any project issues that arise

•Manage localization vendor cost and project performance, from definition of statement of work through project completion

•Monitor/Manage the product team delivery of required internationalization features

•Coordinate with L10N? Quality Engineering manager/lead on managing I18N? /L10N product testing schedule, scope and tasks

•Manage stack release for L10N? product lines as well as multiple individual projects simultaneously

•

articipate in conference calls/meetings with teammates in other countries/time zones

•Support third-party localization efforts for more scalable language releases

Qualifications
•Has at least 4 years of experience successfully managing enterprise software product localization projects on time and within budget

•Enjoys managing several products simultaneously and is able to switch context between projects easily

•Is experienced in managing external localization vendors, or in working as a PM for a localization vendor

•

ossesses excellent cross-functional negotiation and communication skills; understands and can clearly communicate on software engineering and quality assurance practices with a broad range of project team members

•Has sufficient knowledge in internationalization to permit him/her to participate in defining internationalization requirements for core products

•Familiar with enterprise software technologies

•

ast experience includes production of localization and certification kits

•Has knowledge in and uses Globalization Management System (GMS) tools

•Experienced with Agile process; Version One experience is a plus

•Written and spoken Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is a requirement

•Language skills in Japanese or Korean a plus

•Experienced with simship schedules is a plus

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
