Your skills and experience



·         Establishes long-range targets and works under consultative direction to achieve results

·         Has comprehensive decision-making authority over technical issues, project plans, product standards, and organization development strategies

·         Bachelor degree; 20+ years of experience with In-depth understanding and knowledge of China IT industry

·         Experienced in leading an organization with strong personal and project management skills

·         Excellent communications in both Chinese and English and interpersonal skills

·         Good track-record to rapidly grow and develop an organization

·         Strategic thinking and strong execution of translating and incorporating business vision and strategy to architectural strategy recommendation at enterprise level

·         Excellent project and program management experience

·         Ability to work under pressure and in a start-up environment

·         Overseas working experience is desirable
