L40带库+legato报错：operation failed on signal(11)

跪求高人指点

环境：
solaris8，L40带库，6.1.4.Build.562 Solstice Backup（legato）
带库配置2个drive，其中一个drive故障

主机和带库下电重新启动后，发现无法备份，手动mount也提示operation failed on signal(11) 。
之后尝试一些nsrjb -H，Inventory等命令也提示operation failed on signal(11) 。
