•        People manager for Platform SW Verification team
•        Develop and Drive the Platform SW verification strategy
•        Plan the Platform SW Verification team's competence structure and develop team members' competence
•        Drive high performance culture by continually improvement of team’s productivity and individual performance
•        Drive delivery from the team to meet target of SW product programs when necessary
•        Lead technical innovation in SW test area when necessary.
Qualifications
Qualification:
•       8+ years working experience in embedded SW industry
•        +5 years people manager experience by  leading SW team in R&D
•        Proven technical knowledge to both mobile SW test
•        Strong leadership
•        Strong communication skill
