JobResponsibilities
Responsibilities include:
l Work with banking industry SMEs, bankingstakeholders and customer facing team to gather, clarify and manage therequirements.
l Lead the analysis of business andtechnical(mainly) requirements and developing proposals and Solution Plans inthe Technical area
l Lead designs, solutions orarchitectures, and direct their implementation.
l Make technical assessments and decisionand provide technical strategy.
l Lead and build the high performance,innovative team.
l Design and propose the Technical solutionfor customers.
l Provide the technical expertiseto resolve critical customer issues.
JobRequirements (skills/experiences)
Qualification for this position:
l At least 10 years experiences inIT areas, acting as a development lead or architect as least for 3 years.
l Flexibilityto travel
l Working experience in global ITcompany is a plus.
l Successfully leading big customersolutions is a strong plus.
l Deep industrial background in bankingis a strong plus.
l Strong architect skills andtechnical skills, especially in J2EE/Web applications, in solutioning layered and distributed systems forhigh-volume, high throughput and low-latency online transactional applications,and in manipulating massive data (both in memory and in disk files).
l Deep understanding of model drivedevelopment and related development tools such as Rational.
l Deep understanding of analysisand design patterns and able to apply them to both application (entity) modelingand technical design.
l Understanding of agiledevelopment process is a plus.
l Strong Java Skills andexperience. Architecting level. Master of at least one of industry leading Javaframeworks (Spring or EJB), and able to customize / build architectural Javacapabilities if necessary.
l Familiar with market leadingdatabase systems.
l Spring Framework architecting anddevelopment experience.
l Market leading ESB andIntegration Architectures experience
l Strong experiences in BPM (BPELand BPMN) and BRM (business rule management).
l Familiar with open-sourceresources of Java is great plus, including Java frameworks,web/portal/application servers, ESB, BPM, BRM, databases, batch, security,caching, and security etc.
l Proficient market leadingmiddleware, such as WebLogic, and WebSphere etc.
l Skillful in UNIX is preferred.
l Excellent communication skills inboth Mandarin and English.
l Excellent presentation skills,negotiation skills.
l Strong leadership, self-motivated.
l Strong problem analysis andresolution skills.
l Good customer facing skills.
l Master degree in Computer Scienceor equivalent.
