Main Responsibilities:
- Be able to understand the test requirements and scope from the client
- Develop and execute appropriate test scripts/user stories/test conditions in test cycles
- Design test data solution and determine the expected results
- Should look to apply their expertise and skills to deliver high quality deliverables and utilize standard methodology, templates, industry standards and best practice
- Identify issues & risks and provide suggested mitigating actions & appropriately escalate to supervisor or the clients
- Effectively prepare regression, adhoc and re-tests as required
- Have test automation capabilities and experience
Requirements:

- At least 4 years of professional software testing experience.（09年及以前毕业的）
- Good at tesing tool usage, such as QTP, Load Runner, Win Runner or QC
- Strong knowledge of SQL and UNIX- A passion for design, problem solving, AND hands-on development.- Good communication skills.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Financial knowledge and project management experience are a plus
