iscsi-target，tgtd服务的问题

     本人在使用tgtd服务的时候出现了以下问题，望大神帮助。
OS：CentOS release 5.9 (Final)
已安装#yum install scsi-target-utils
磁盘信息：
分配/dev/sda4

配置文件：

问题1：使用tgtadm命令建立的以上信息正确，重启服务tgtd后依然存在，但是当服务器重启后该信息丢失，即lun 1消失，需要重新手动再次执行一遍tgtadm创建命令即可还原lun 1.
问题2：在客户端挂载成功，并创建多个LV后，在使用过程中会突然中断，中断的同时服务端的服务器也同时重启。不明是什么原因导致。
