Projects:
• Maintain and enhance retail system application and interfaces.
• Work with Company Asia to create interfaces between Company Division
applications.
• Work with the key business users and Systems Analysts to develop and implement new modifications
and upgrades of the system.
• Participate on projects: software customizations, upgrades, development of interfaces, process reengineering
and design.
• Enforce proper testing methodology & develop tests scripts with the power users.
• Periodically review and apply the security policy related to the retail applications.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for the business, in conjunction with MJ US Business
Intelligence team.

Skills:
Ideal education, previous work experience, special skills (e.g., foreign languages), and personal
characteristics. Prioritize by:
Fully proficient (1), some knowledge and ability to develop greater competency (2), preferred but not
required (3).
• 2-4 years of progressively increasing responsibilities with application management, with a primary focus
on Retail backoffice and POS systems (1)
• Multi-lingual in Chinese (Mandarin) and English (1)
• Ability to report to work in a multiple reporting structure hierarchy with the ability to maintain and
manage scope and priorities (1)
• Bachelor degree preferred (1)
• Good written and oral communications skills (1)
• Good project management skills (1)
• Retail operations experience (2)
