Job Title: Java Developer
Technical Skills Required
?  Experience in Core Java or J2EE technology/Weblogic
?  For Senior Engineer should have Experience in Linux and shell scripting/ For Junior Engineer Window experience is ok
?  Experience in Oracle/Sybase/SQL language
Non-Technical Skills Required
?  BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
?  Should have at least 1-3 years working experience prior to this job
?  Must have good reading and written English
?  Must be comfortable participating in technical discussions and giving technical presentations.
?  Be a highly motivated, self-starting individual willing to work in a dynamic work environment.
?  Must demonstrate analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
?  Strong responsibility and flexibility under work pressure
