Your key tasks and responsibilities will comprise:
•         Leading a cross-funtional team with a goal to create and run Common SW Asset. Full ownership of planning and execution of Common Asset enablers and processes. Defining milestones towards agreed goals.
•         Facilitating activities of virtual team in Beijing SW organization responsible for delivering feature and experiences. Maintaining the master plan that will insure overall visibility of responsible teams and committed features.
•         Ownership of process creation such as quality expectations, branching and merging criteria. Responsibility of insuring that the agreed processes are followed.
•         Stakeholder management responsible. Creating transparency and insuring that all relevant parties have needs information. Communicating clear expectations from all contributing teams in relation to quality and timeline

Qualifications

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has strong experience in SW management and a degree in Computer science, Electrical Engineering or similar as well as 10+ years of relevant experience in the SW domain. We expect a recognized professional with the following attributes:
•               Courage and will to develop in this direction
•               Strong leadership and management skills
•               5+ years proven track record in business and technical leadership in complex, global organizations and diverse business environment
•               Experience in and understanding of mobile and internet consumer experiences and value chains
•               Experience in transforming a technology-focused business into a consumer-focused mindset
•               Solid track record in seeking and identifying efficiency gains
•               Proven ability to influence others and drive new ideas forward in a large organization
•               Understanding of and desire to lead Software as product
•               Fluency in both written and spoken English
•               Natural openness to new ideas
•               Strong analytical ability to master cutting through to the heart of a situation and ensuring the right results in time
•               Independent way of working and believe that an open, honest dialogue ensures the best results
