【已解决】MySQL 安装出错，很奇怪的现象：ERROR 1045 (28000):？？

本人新手安装在CentOS上安装MySQL时，
执行如下命令：
[root@CentOS ~]# mysql_secure_installation

NOTE: RUNNING ALL PARTS OF THIS SCRIPT IS RECOMMENDED FOR ALL MySQL
      SERVERS IN PRODUCTION USE!  PLEASE READ EACH STEP CAREFULLY!

In order to log into MySQL to secure it, we'll need the current
password for the root user.  If you've just installed MySQL, and
you haven't set the root password yet, the password will be blank,
so you should just press enter here.

Enter current password for root (enter for none):
ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)
Enter current password for root (enter for none):
ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)
Enter current password for root (enter for none):

按下ENTER键，每次都提示错误。始终过不了设置密码这一点。
重新卸载了，安装还是出现同样的问题，求大侠们给小弟一些指点。

--skip-grant 启动清空密码吧。
