mysql的问题

之前做主从
我是直接把主数据库的MySQLData和MySqlBinlog 这两个目录 复制到从数据库
两台机子的mysql版本都是mysql-essential-5.1.57-winx64
现在备机的mysql服务，经常崩溃掉。
我开启错误日志，发现出来下面的错误，请问一下要怎么解决呢？
