make_tape_recovery -Av 失敗，備份失敗，急啊

各位老大，突然make_tape_recovery -Av失敗，誰幫忙指導下，什麽問題所致。

系統版本：HP-UX  B.11.11 U 9000/800

執行make_tape_recovery -Av 失敗，系統畫面停留在     /var/opt/ignite/recovery/2013-08-13,11:14/system_cfg vg00
就不響應了，ctrl+c后，彈出ERROR:   /opt/ignite/bin/save_config failed借宿
