英文流利, 全英文面试;至少5年以上工作经验, javacoding出身, 目前参与到java架构等工作; presentation能力强, 沟通能力佳;
将来的工作职责: 技术+面对客户, 需求分析等;
需能接受少量出差;
有ecommerce项目经验或公司背景为佳(not must)
Your Responsibilities
• Work with Customers, end users and development partners to define and assess application and technical requirements and understand the current state of technology to define opportunities that create business value
• Work with architects, developers, project managers and business personnel to define the application and technical architecture structure to ensure that the products and components work together to meet the objectives and performance goals as defined in the requirements
• Fully understand the capabilities and limitations of the technical environments
• Translate business requirements into a functional and technical implementation
• Work with the support team to determine how the applications are supported in production, including system performance and monitoring
• Provide in depth knowledge of hybris platform and products
• Support successful project implementation phase on business, conceptual, programming level
• Manage customer requirements
• Design and conduct workshops with ICT and business people
• Initiate and execute reviews
Your Qualifications
• Broad and deep technical experience of implementing and supporting large, complex multi domain, multisite server-based systems/networks, ideally within an external customer facing and SLA- driven environment
• Excellent knowledge in OO software architecture/design
• At least 5 years of experience with Java/J2EE
• Experience in front end technologies, UML and framework technologies
• Must be used to working to standards and have a structured approach to design
• Previous customer facing experience, preferably working with business users
• Highly developed problem solving skills, tenacity, drive, proactive, creativity, sound planning and organizational abilities, strong improvement focus, ability to work in a fast-evolving and fast paced environment
• Knowledge and experience of major ERP and CRM systems desired
• eCommerce / Multichannel commerce experience desired
• Excellent English as well as Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills (verbal & written)
• Sound knowledge in all MS Office tools

• Open-minded, strong in communication
• Very good presentation skills
