senior software engineer - JAVA   （多level）薪水范围：22-40W
要求：做过企业J2EE  有web经验更好
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Be an expert in all technical aspects of the product they are responsible for
o Develop creative solutions and write technical design & architecture documents
o Provide work estimates for proposed projects
o Cross-train developers on product features that are implemented
o Constantly look for better processes for projecting and improving project profitability
o Perform hands-on software design and development in Java
o Develop and execute unit tests for product components
o Help protect the IP created in IGT and file technical patents and publications
o Perform peer code reviews and provide feedback
o Promote high quality, scalability, and timely completion of projects
o Work with geographically distributed teams
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
Required:
o BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent degree
o 4 + years of software development experience
o Development in an enterprise-class system with multi-tier architecture
o Enthusiastic in solving interesting problems
o Java server-side development experience, GUI side development desirable
o Experience with various java development frameworks such as MVC and Struts
o Experience with various J2EE containers such as Weblogic, Websphere, JBOSS, etc.
o Expertise in J2EE APIs including EJBs, Servlets, JTA, JSPs, JSTL, web services and JDBC
o Good in implementing successful high-performance multi-threaded server applications
o Experience with Design patterns
o Experience delivering complex software installed and used by multiple customers
o Knowledge of the implications of developing for high-availability clustered environments
o Working knowledge of Linux and Windows
o Strong speaking and writing skills, in both Chinese and English
o Comfortable working in a flexible Agile development environment
