求助：fedora 19 能上网，但是yum命令完全不能使用

我现在的问题是，火狐浏览器能够上网，但是yum命令完全用不了，请知道的告诉一下，感激不尽！

具体情况如下：

我是在vmware下安装的fedora 19.用代理服务器上网。我网络的基本设置如下：
1、设置 -  网络 - 网络代理 - http 代理， https 代理， ftp代理，socks主机（这四个我都设置成上网的代理：10.80.239.3，端口：8080)
2、火狐浏览器代理设置为：10.80.239.3，端口：8080

结果：1、火狐浏览器能上网
      2、yum所有的命令都用不了

状况：
1、输入: yum update
   提示：Cannot retrieve metalink for repository: fedora/19/i386. Please verify its path and try again

   根据网上给的解决方法，输入以下命令：
   su -c "sed -i 's|^#baseurl|baseurl| ; s|^mirrorlist|#mirrorlist|' /etc/yum.repos.d/*"

   输入: yum update

   结果一直不停显示以下信息：
    http://download.fedoraproject.or ... epodata/repomd.xml: (28, 'Connection timed out

after 30236 milliseconds')
正在尝试其它镜像。

2、怀疑是源的问题，在网上下了网易和搜狐的源，放在/etc/yum.repos.d/中，过程如下
   
   下载好网易的源后，
    输入： yum makecache
    提示：
    已加载插件：langpacks, refresh-packagekit
Repository updates is listed more than once in the configuration
Repository updates-debuginfo is listed more than once in the configuration
Repository updates-source is listed more than once in the configuration
Repository fedora is listed more than once in the configuration
Repository fedora-debuginfo is listed more than once in the configuration
Repository fedora-source is listed more than once in the configuration

    下载搜狐的源后。
     输入： yum makecache
     提示：

    根据上面搜到的解决方法，输入一下命令：

最终的结果是依然，无法使用yum命令，连 yum makecache都用不了。请问这是怎么回事，知道的请告诉一下，感激不尽！

   能够ping的通，但是yum使用不了。
