1\Job Title: Physical Design Engineer
Department: COT PD-SH -MTSL
Location: Shanghai / Chengdu/Beijing

Job Description:
Physical Design Engineer will support physical design requirement of different business unit of Mavell, the main responsibility is:
physical implementation, including floorplan, power routing, placement, clock tree synthesis, timing closure, routing, si fixing, drc fixing, dfm ...etc
physical verification: including low power check, timing analysis, timing eco, xtalk analysis, power analysis, ESD analysis, EM analysis, drc check, lvs check, ant check, erc check ...etc
tapeout: timing signoff, power signoff, design tapeout... etc

Qualification:
BS/MS in EE/CS required.
Some knowledge and some experience on process, parameters, synthesis, timing analysis, placement, routing, CTS, SI, power calculation, custom layout, timing analysis and DRC/LVS.
Familiar with Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor, Magma, Apache… EDA tools and design flow;
Familiar with Verilog HDL, Spice
Good programming skill. Capable of writing Tcl or Perl.
Self-motivated team worker, good verbal and written communication skills in English



2\Job Title: Engineer, Senior ASIC Design
Department: Central Engineering
Location: Beijing/Shanghai/Nanjing

Job Description:
As a Digital design engineer, he/she will contribute to the overall SoC development and IP development for the micron-controller oriented SoC Product line, which includes block level micron-architecture design, RTL coding, Simulation, SoC top level integration, verification and chip bring-up.

Qualification:
•BS degree in Electrical Engineering +5 years experience (or MS + 3 years) or equivalent in hardware development and system architecture.
• Familiar with ASIC design methodologies and flows.
• Experience in the usage of state-of-the-art design tools.
• Proficient in behavioral and RTL coding, Verification. Verilog is preferred
• Experience in logic synthesis, timing closure.
• Experience in Design For Test.
• Knowledge of Low Power architecture and design practice is desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and proactive team-work spirit.
• Working understanding of various system interconnect protocols such as: AHB, AXI, OCP, APB, and their impact on IP development.



3/Job Title: Software developer for Linux BSP and Android
Department: AP System Engineering
Location: Shanghai/He Fei

Description,
In this position, you will be working with the platform architects, technical leaders and other developers to contribute to embedded Linux BSP/Android and platform software development. You will be responsible for the detailed development specifications (example, component Low Level Design) and unit test plans, participating in BSP software implementation for handheld and/or cellular platforms and work with the validation team to ensure the product is thoroughly tested and meets established release criteria.

The candidate is expected to have below extra qualifications:
•Master in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science major or with relevant experience.
•ARM or embedded experiences
•Strong programming and debugging skills in C/C++
•Linux Kernel/Driver development experiences
•Hardware debugging experience or board design experience is a plus
•Multimedia framework GStreamer, OpenMAX or DirectShow is a plus
•Fluent communication in both Mandarin and English is a plus.



4.Job Title: Software Engineer in Test
Department: AP System Engineering
Location: He Fei/shanghai

Description,
In the position, the candidate will be responsible for creating and executing the test suite/cases, test tools, and automation system to assure the quality of software platforms, which cover components from low level boot-loader, device driver, OS, middleware (multimedia and graphics), and up to high level application framework (like Android), and Marvell proprietary compiler/debugger/performance tools.

responsibilities:
• Identify the functionality, stability, performance and power quality criteria for the whole system or individual components;
• Execute test suites to reach defined test coverage and debugging requirement.

qualifications:
• Programming skill in C, C++ and scripting language, i.e. Perl, python, is a must.
• Knowledge or working experience in projects similar to above projects is preferred.
• Experience in general embedded software development/debugging/validation and its automation is a plus.
• Leadership experience in either software validation or development is a plus.
• Technical influence and interpersonal influence experience in multi-national company is a must. (English and Mandarin)
