岗位职责
. - Provide technical leadership with proven ability to mentor and coach other employees
· - Ability to engineer complex, multi-tiered distributed software systems
· - Design, implements, test and document / diagram software solutions for technical and business requirements
· - Perform code changes to enhance a product or add new features, to resolve programming errors and develop new products as assigned
· - Complete code changes in a timely manner based on project plans
· - Keep up to date with best practices
任职资格的具体描述：
. - 5+ years' experience in J2EE / Java / Web development
· - 7+ years of progressive experience in software development
· - 2+ years' experience architecting software solutions
· - Experience with Oracle database and Hibernate are ideal
· - Ability to effectively troubleshoot software related issues
· - Perform effectively in a multitasking environment
· - Have strong interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills
· - Strong professional attitude together combined with a drive to get things done
· - Proven ability to mentor others and provide technical leadership


Application Architect-Java(Location:成都)
岗位职责：
for WW projects

任职资格的具体描述：
1.Architect (documenting frameworks; potential lead for Metro extensions)
2.Fluent English speaking and writing
3.work experience using UML and IBM Rational Software Architect to analyze and design J2EE 1.4/JEE 6 applications.
4.understanding of IBM Application Development and Maintenance (AD/M) Standards and Guidelines
5.understanding of Agille development principles and methodlogies, in particular SCRUM
6.work experience with following IBM tools:
Rational Application Developer/Rational Software Architect
InfoSphere Data Architect ,DB2 ,WebSphere Application Server ,Rational Team Concert understanding of key principles of below frameworks and technologies:
Servlets ,JSP ,JSF (including Facelets),CDI ,EJB ,Struts ,JMS ,JPA /Hibernate ,IBM Dojo ,RESTful web services
7.understanding of key software development patterns, in particular:MVC,Data Access Objects
Command,Singleton
8.for furure direction of Metro (Future application architect)
PureXML,IBM Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
