Responsibilities        •        Perform writing and executing test plans and test cases including manual and automation tests on data protection software products
•        Configuration of test environments with different computer hardware and operation systems, verification test results, documentation of tests results and reporting of status, troubleshooting issues
•        Automate the existing manual TCs on automation framework
•        Look into the incoming customer escalations and design test scenarios to fix the gaps
•        Deliver the test result in a timely manner and provide ideas to improve

Qualifications        •        M.S, B.S in Computer Science or related field.
•        5 years of work experience.
•        Expertise in multiple Operation Systems, Linux/UNIX preferred.
•        Knowledge of backup restore application and storage is plus.
•        Knowledge and work experience in one of following database application: Oracle, DB2, SQL, Exchange, is a best plus.
•        Programming skill in script languages as Shell, Perl, Ruby are plus.

Responsibilities        Works with minimal supervision on analysis tasks, and with little or no supervision on development tasks. Designs, develops, maintains and implements software modules in a given product.
Participates in the definition of the lifecycle of software process and code reviews. With little or no supervision, completes analysis of partially defined tasks, completes major portions of complex functional specs/design documents or entire documents and completes development and/or maintenance assignments.
Collaborates within and across groups in writing functional and design specifications, development schedules and user interface specifications. Identifies and suggests solutions to problems of significant scope. Generates engineering test plans from functional specification documents.
Uses professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve a wide range of difficult problems in imaginative and practical ways. Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline, plus working knowledge of other related fields.
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Qualifications        - Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science or in related field
- Excellent on problem analysis, experience on designing and coding on a big system.
- At least 2 years software development experience in J2SE/J2EE.
- Familiar with object oriented analysis and design skills, UML and design patterns.
- Database programming experience is required.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL Server, or Sybase SQLAnywhere is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Tomcat, Apache web servers is a plus.
- C++ developing experience is a plus.
- Good communication and English skills.
- Good team player.
- Quick learning, Hardworking.
