现象：磁盘无法写入，内存使用高，导致死机

1：run command in esxi host's shell to check wether it has a performance issue or not
2：in vsphere client ,check performance status
3：what kind of processes are running?
4：is it widely happening or just one machne?
5：how about add vm's storage
6：storage issue?
