mysql 启动报错

如题，今天启动mysql报如下错误，各位帮忙看一下什么原因：

做了什么操作 ？新装的？

不是新装的，刚删除了ib_logfile0 ib_logfile1 后启来了。

删了文件以后是没办法启动的。会出现读参数的错误
