这个是不是mbr坏了

一块硬盘上装有windows 也有 linux，后来用pqmagic删了ext3(在执行时 突然重启了，不知道是什么原因)。
现在进不了任何系统了,我想用xp光盘重装系统，发现只有一个C盘了 大小是整个硬盘大小。

请问有方法恢复原来磁盘的分区么，我只要windows上的资源就可以了

我看了下基本都找到了

1、write之后重启 一直黑屏 光标不断在跳进不去系统。不知到什么原因。

2、我是通过ubuntu livecd进去的，但是之前那个linux不知到是不是ubuntu(装xp时把原来的linux覆盖了，时间长了记不得是什么linux了 )，请问如果linux不同会导致我现在这个问题么

3、每次进去都要sudo apt-get install testdisk，请问ubuntu是不是默认把工具安装到了内存里了，
