Title: Developer

Job Description:
1.Responsible for the design, development, integration, testing and deployment of the Android applications.
2.Android framework, native and 3rd party application maintainence, troubleshooting and issue fixing.
3.Participate in system-level tasks including framework design, development and system integration.
4.Take ownership of and responsibility for new technology research, concept specification and design of individual software components.

Job Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree or above in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent.
2.3+ years comprehensive mobile application development and customization experience, and be excellent with Java, C/C++ programming language.
3.1+ years experience with native side Android (Java and NDK) application development.
4.Domain knowlege of Android framework, application development (activity, service, UI/UX development, etc)
5.Domain knowledge of Android toolchain, experience with 3rd party integration to Android projects.
6.Experience or exposure to develop Android customized applications like launcher, OOBE, lockscreen etc.
7.Experience in framework customization and AOSP applications UI/UX customization.
8.Experience with low level integration (JNI, driver) is a plus.
9.Excellent communication skills in Chinese/English, and be a good team player, self-motivated, willing to learn new technology.

Role and Responsibility
1.Be responsible for software unit test, automation testing, manual testing and test tools development
2.Be accountable for delivery accuracy and quality
3.Using deep technical expertise to deliver high quality results
4.Contributing to project milestones by avoiding and solving complex technical problems through understanding the dependencies of a complex platform
5.Working in a product creation project and/or technology project with implementation or integration responsibilities
6.Bringing productivity, quality and competitive advantage to SW development by solving complex problems in component/product level

Demonstrated Experience
1.Experience in C/ C++/Java programming
2.Experience in data structure, algorithms, OS fundamentals, and embedded system
3.Experience in Software Engineering fundamentals and practices
4.Experience in software testing methods
5.Experience in script language programming, such as Python, is a plus
6.Experience in Android is a plus
7.Experience in unit testing is a plus
8.Experience in Agile/TDD way of working is a plus
9.Be adaptive to change and challenge
10.Take ownership and accountability
11.Practice with result-driven mindset
12.Demonstrate team-work spirit
