LTE Embedded Engineer
General Purpose: Works as an experienced Software Engineer in LTE User Plan Software Development
Main Responsibility Area: LTE User Plane software development with focus on new feature development mainly on MAC Packet Scheduler, the core part of LTE eNB and a differentiator of a high performance LTE RAN from other company’s product. The prospective candidates will have in-depth knowledge of LTE MAC/RLC protocol and air interface. Besides the new feature development, they will also be responsible for the maintenance of current system release in use by customers.
Job Description:
o LTE eNB User Plane Software development for new features with focus on RLC/MAC.
o LTE eNB User Plane Software maintenance.
Additional Requirements:
o Strong C/C++ programming skill.
o Good LTE knowledge, preferably familiarity with LTE air interface and L2/L3 3GPP specs.
o Embedded system development experience, knowledge of programming with RTOS, it is preferable for the prospective candidates to have programming experience on DSP.
o Solid background with middle to large scale commercial software development experience, preferably agile development experience in Scrum team
o Proactive working attitude, self driven and self motivated
o Fast learning capability
o Committed persons looking for long-term growth;
o Respect deadlines, able to work under pressure and deliver high-standard products;
o Good communication skills and able to deal with a variety of different groups (within and outside NSN);

LTE I&V User Plane Engineer
-M. Sc, B Sc in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, Computer Science or an equivalent degree.
-At least 2+ years experience in SW/HW integration or system testing wireless radio access products
- Technical knowledge of wireless technology (GSM/EDGE, WCDMA, WiMax or LTE)
- Knowledge on LTE and LTE-A standardization (3GPP RAN);
- Excellent knowledge of LTE RLC/MAC/PHY layer related work, including integration and testing.
- Excellent knowledge of User Plane domain areas (Layer 1 : PHY, Layer 2 : MAC Scheduling)
- Experience with test analysis, test case design and test execution.
- Experience with subsystem or system testing and troubleshooting
- Experience with test equipments & Tools: signal generators, spectrum analyzers, test mobile (TM500), protocol analyzer (NetHawk analyzer)
- Experience with test automation is a plus
- Good knowledge of Computer architectures, specially knowledge of DSP SW Architecture would be a big bonus.

LTE I&V Control Plane Engineer
General Purpose
Works as an experienced Engineer in LTE eNB product for entity level Integration & Verification.
Position Description
You will be working in the LTE Control Plane I&V, which focus on but not limited to the areas as Mobility Management, System information, Measurements, Ciphering, Integrity protection. You will:
-Analyze features, estimate test efforts
-Design test plan, test cases and test scenarios
-Integrate and verify features in a complex test setup
-Trouble shoot SW bugs by proper pre-analysis of the faults, deliver traces and log files and verify the fixes delivered by development.
-Cooperation with partners and customers for your testing area
Position Requirements
-Knowledge of or experience with cellular and broadband access technologies such as UMTS or LTE
-Familiar with 3GPP protocols for LTE, such as 36.300, 36.331, 36.413, is plus
-Knowledge of or experience with test tools like RF signal generators, protocol/spectrum analyzers
-Self Motivated
-Team player with positive mindset, open minded and willingness to learn
-Excellent testing and troubleshooting skills
-Experience with test automation is a plus
