XSCF> showhardconf -m 看下，XSCF> showstatus   *   IOU#0 Status degraded; 先下电试试，然后看你的FW版本是多少（version -c xscf -v），估计你需要清除下fru，

可能是那个部件松动导致，建议关机插拔一下就ok了。
