Position Details
  
We are looking for an Embedded Software Developer with either strong knowledge of both mobile network Protocol Stack (for 3G and LTE), and good experience in DSP firmware development
  
You will join our advanced and innovative 3G/4G/LTE-Advanced product development team.
      
Required Qualifications
- Experience in real-time programming   
- Experience in developing and optimizing complex dynamic systems   
- Proven analytic and problem solving skills   
- Strong track record of completing deliverables on time and with high quality   
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills   
- Proactive, willing to take initiative and seek challenges   
- Effective verbal and written communication skills   
- Able to understand the big picture whilst taking care of the details   
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering or similar disciplines   
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in relevant areas   
      
It is preferred that the candidates also possess some of the following skills:   
- General communication concepts such as MIMO, turbo decoding, incremental redundancy, hybrid ARQ, open and closed loop feedback control, power control, and automatic gain control (AGC)   
- Experiences in digital signal processors and/or the use of the fixed-point digital signal processors   
- Knowledge of either UMTS or LTE technology   
- Modeling of wireless MIMO channels
