职位具体如下：

Prin. Systems Integration Engineer

Responsibilities:
Plan and deploy OpenStack computing clouds for different EMC arrays (cinder fo
r block storage, swift for object storage, and Manila for file system).
Involved with EMC customer POC for openstack deployments, transfer the knowled
ge for deployment specific to customer need.
Author a tech-book or cook-book for customer to deploy EMC arrays in Openstack
computing clouds.
Create automation for qualification of the Openstack computing clouds related
to EMC arrays.
Manage the openstack cloud computing resources for both POC and qualification.
Provide help to support any customer escalation related to Openstack.

Skill requirements:
1. Cloud Computing Knowledge
Working experience with OpenStack and/or CloudStack, VMWare vDirector or other
cloud management frameworks (deployment, configuration, operations)
Shell Programming experience (e.g. Shell, Phython, Perl)
Configuring and using RDBMS experience (e.g., MySQL)
Working knowledge of configuration management frameworks (Puppet, or Chef), or
chestration frameworks (Salt, or mCollective)
Good understanding of High-Availability (HA) architectures and deployments
2. Server and Operating System
Expert in Linux system administration and troubleshooting skills (e.g. network
ing, disks, file-systems, kernel)
Solid Knowledge of open-source storage solutions and distributed file systems
Working experience with Linux HA stack: pacemaker, corosync, keepalived
Working Experience with virtualization platforms (KVM/XEN/LXC/VMWare) and unde
rstanding of the pros and cons of different types of virtualization
Good understanding of server hardware and strong experience for deploying and
configuring servers include IPMI/DRAC/ILO, Bios, Raid, etc
3. Ethernet Networking,  iSCSI/FC SAN,
Good understanding of networking technologies and protocols
Excellent understanding of Linux networking stack and tools
Good understanding of network gear and ability to configure switches and route
rs from different manufacturers
4. Storage Solutions and technology
Knowledge or experience with storage products of EMC, Huawei Symantec, IBM, et
c, replication, backup & recovery, migration, multipath, heterogeneous storage
solutions, etc.
5. Professional skills
Ability to write tutorials/documentation and give presentations to customers/p
artners
Excellent verbal communication, analytical skill and critical thinking
Capable of working in a team, mentoring others and managing conflicting priori
ties.

Others:
Master or Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
