ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work together with others to secure eBay’s network infrastructure.  Responsibilities including but not limited to
•        Install and Manage Network Security Appliances, e.g. firewalls
•        Enforce Network Security Policies
•        Issue Digital Certificates
•        Troubleshoot Network and Firewall Related Issues
•        Improve Process and Tools

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
•        Bachelor’s degree or higher.
•        Fresh graduates or with less than 18 months work experience.
•        Strong interest in security in network or network security technology.
•        Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix.
•        Basic knowledge of TCP/IP and other commonly used network protocols.

PREFERRED SKILLS
•        Experience with firewalls or other network devices
•        Knowledge of common security threats and vulnerabilities
•        Knowledge of SSL certificates
•        Programing experience, e.g. Shell Script, Python, Perl, Ruby, Java and etc. (nice to have)
