为什么V890的串口无法使用？

1. 两台主机（都是v890），串口怎么都无法用起来。串口不打印任何东西

2.我用的串口线，串口转接头等等 在其他的V890上都能正常用起来。说明这些串口线，接头都没有问题

3.是不是串口可以被禁用启用啊？ 在SMC中，试着找到serail port，发现另外的V890服务器（如下，该服务器是能用串口的）和不能使用串口的2台服务器，他们显示的内容都一样。没什么差别啊。

都是 rsc-console  被disabled。 a 和 b 是enabled

各位有什么思路解决这个问题？多谢了

    你的思路很对。
我直接在telnet下登录，使用eeprom命令，发现确实是点问题，output是rsc-console模式。
output-device=rsc-console
input-device=rsc-console

我想把这个修改成yyta，但是需要在ok模式下才能做如下修改。
ok setenv input-device keyboard
ok setenv output-device ttya


我试着连接rsc的串口，但是我不知道登录的密码。
我试着在telnet登录中，使用 rscadm useradd test  或者# rscadm userpassword admin。 telnet下，均反馈rscadm: not found
我使用man rscadm，发现系统还是能正常打印rscadm命令的各种解释啊。

安装过程中和上述链接的内容有点不同。

我分析是：现场的服务器，本来就安装了rsc卡，应该以前也对rsc进行过配置。并设置了登录用户admin。
但是我使用rscadm useradd test  或者# rscadm userpassword admin。 不行。
使用 # scadm userpassword admin ，也不行。但我用man rscadm，是能看到  rscadm userpassword 这个命令格式的解释的。


2 另外，我想知道  scadm userpassword admin  和 rscadm userpassword admin 有什么区别？

我找到原因了，我在参照http://bbs.chinaunix.net/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=1263969 时，只是机械的使用#/usr/platform/SUNW,Sun-Fire-480R/rsc/rsc-config

来配置rsc。没有想一想为什么要到这个路径去。

所以，在执行scadm userpassword admin。没有在#/usr/platform/SUNW,Sun-Fire-480R/rsc/  这个路径下，当然不成功。

改到#/usr/platform/SUNW,Sun-Fire-480R/rsc/ 下执行 scadm就成功了。谢谢

另外，还有个小问题
登录进rsc然后使用 console 命令，我就连接到solaris系统命令行了。但是，我一直不明白，怎么从 solaris系统console 返回 RSC？
我重启了主机，发现使用rsc串口进去，还是solaris系统的命令行。
