测试软件工程师：
•        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
•        3+ years of relevant experience with Software Quality Assurance
•        Open-minded with an interest in researching new QA tools and open source technologies, prototyping solutions and then implementing them
•        Solid understanding of OOP, such as C++/Java, 1+ year of experience
•        Solid knowledge of Operating Systems : Windows
•        Experience in working with automation frameworks
•        Proficient with scripting language, like Python/Perl , as well as the ability to quickly develop scripts and improve testing efficiency
•        The candidate must be action-oriented; passionate; detail centric; ability to work independently and set priorities; strong problem solving skills; good written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to collaborate with others.
•        Knowledge of security is a plus.

资深软件工程师：
• Strong web development Technologies, includes PHP/AJAX/MySQL/JAVASCRIPT/JQUERY
• Good written and verbal Communication skills in English
• Experience of design/implement complicated software system
• Strong Perl/Unix Shell programming is a plus
• Experience with Storage management system is a big plus
• Experience in international IT companies is a plus
• C/C++/Java programs are both pluses
• BSEE/BSCE required
• At least 5 years’ experience in the industry

高级项目经理：
• At least 5 – 8 years in Product Management roles. For this position Development Engineers with no direct PM experience cannot be considered.
• Strong expertise in the Storage Hardware Industry, plus relevant current technologies and trends related to Storage (Storage Virtualization, Cloud, etc)
• Expertise in Deduplication Technologies a big plus. More if coming from relevant vendors in the market.
• Knowledge or working expertise in Backup and Recovery technology of the major vendors in the market is a plus.
Other important skills to be considered:
• Agile Product Development Methodology
• Excellent Writing and Public Speaking skills. This person will be actively engaged with Customers, Partners and Internals delivering Roadmap and strategic presentations.
Additionally:
• Full English proficiency
• 50% travel to USA primarily, but other countries or regions as well
